The Client
Our client is one of Australia’s largest privately-owned businesses with local offices and an international presence. Due to growth within the organisation, they currently require an experienced Customer Service professional to join their talented and stable team.

The Position

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to exciting and potential customers
• Data Entry focused role in a fast-paced environment
• Maximise your success through on-going improvement of processes and procedures
• Build strong relationships with all points of contact internally and externally across the business
• Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Work with the team to implement promotions and initiatives
• Have experience working in a high paced environment managing the 360 degree process including processing of orders

The Candidate

In order to be successful for this position, you will possess:

• Proven customer service experience, preferably from a manufacturing or distribution background with experience processing product related orders
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Our client offers a fantastic working environment, ongoing training and development opportunities and an excellent salary pending experience. This is a full time, permanent position with hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
