Customer Service Officer
We are currently seeking 6 x Customer Service Officers on part time basis. This role is perfect for those who are looking for development opportunities, while also balancing their studies or other personal commitments.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Contacting customers and delivering exceptional customer service
- Promoting and upselling products and services to existing and new customers
- Take enquiries and respond to queries
- Objection handling
- Lead generation
- Cross selling & Upselling
Requirements
- Full working rights
- Proficiency in computer and call centre systems Salesforce beneficial
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record in a call centre environment
- Driven through meeting KPI's
- Ability to cross sell / upsell products and services
- Understanding business needs and delivering relevant sales outcomes
- Strong negotiation skills
- Adaptability and strong level of tolerance
