Customer Service Supervisor

• Lead a team of 3 - located in near Moorabbin

This incredible business began overseas over 30 years ago, and has since opened up offices around the world and in all states of Australia from 2012. They now take up a huge 60% of the market share in Australia and are experiencing tremendous success. A new role of Customer Service Supervisor has now become available to join their extremely busy office located near Moorabbin!

ROLE:

• Responding to inbound sales, service and support related enquiries from other distributors, retailers and builders
• Processing invoices and warranty claims
• General administration - maintaining all information on CRM
• Upselling - providing leads to dealer
• Following up on deliveries and some stock control
• Internal communication with State Managers, Warehouse staff and Directors as well as your customer service team

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, motivated with a go-getter attitude)
• Team focused outlook and supportive leadership style
• Willing to learn and obtain technical product information
• Retail or Commercial experience in a sales or service based role (you do not have to come from a pool/spa related background, however this would be highly regarded)
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
• A problem solver with impeccable attention to detail
