Woods & Co Recruitment are on the lookout for 8 experienced INBOUND Customer Service professionals to join one of our clients expanding teams IMMEDIATELY!

This Member Support opportunity is HOT off the press and there are limited spots available. With very low turnover and a fantastic work culture, these spots will go quick.

What do you do?

  • Problem solving.
  • Level 1 support and the resolution of inbound member enquiries via live chat, email and phone.
  • General customer service, member support & administration. (Help-Desk)
  • Report directly to the contact centre manager.
  • Implement amazing customer experiences, through effective communication.
  • Train, coach, troubleshoot and do whatever it takes to get the job done in line with the company values.
  • Liaise with 2nd and 3rd level support and/or key business partners to ensure member requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner in order to resolve member problems.
  • Escalate as required where service levels are at risk.
  • Keep members informed throughout the process & notify them of impending changes or agreed outages.
  • Follow & implement complaints/resolution handling procedures in order to achieve a first call resolution.

What do you need:

  • A bright personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Previous customer service or member support experience.
  • Professionalism.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills / time management capabilities.
  • Written & verbal communication skills are imperative.
  • The ability to master Technology; Phone, email, internet browsers, CRM, ITSM, PC, Mac, Wireless, remote and more.
  • Strong initiative and drive.
  • Strong problem solving & decision making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Thrive under pressure.
  • Experience within legal/conveyancing or technology industries is highly regarded.
