The position of Customer Service & Sales Support Representative has become available on a full time basis.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to all customers by promptly responding to queries and concerns in a professional manner and to provide assistance with digital support and support our sales effort.

The successful applicant

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with a “can do” attitude who will:

  • Answer inbound phone and email enquiries
  • Process daily orders
  • Process payments, invoices, credits and statements
  • Offer support to our sales and marketing teams
  • Answer first line queries to support our digital products

The successful candidate must have

  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to problem solve and respond quickly with a positive outcome
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • A well-organised approach with a commitment to accurate record keeping and reporting
