The Company is a supplier of self-adhesive graphic films, reflective materials and other substrates used in the sign industry. An opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Service Representative who can provide smooth running of day-to-day customer service operations within the Company.

The Role:

• Liaising with customers by phone & email, and identifying the correct product for their needs
• Participating in internal training and expanding product knowledge
• Provide high levels of problem solving skills to support customer needs
• Management of sales process from inbound calls, order processing through to delivery of product
• Counter sales and administrative support to the Sales team and the Customer Service Manager

The Person & Skills Required:

• Experience within the signage industry is advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills with effective time management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to also work autonomously

Located in the Eastern Suburbs, it is easily accessible from the Eastern Freeway and with parking available on-site.
