Luv-a-Duck, "Australia's Favourite Duck" is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated outbound Customer Service Representative with an enthusiasm for achieving sales targets while creating and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process outbound customer orders from ring list
• Contact new and existing customers
• Follow up sales leads, cold calling
• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Promote Luv-a-Duck's range of products to new and existing customers

The successful candidate will be:

• People orientated
• Experienced in sales or customer service, preferably in FMCG
• Team player
• Creative problem solver
• Previous experience using CRMs
• Proficient in either Mandarin or Cantonese is advantegous
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task and handle a variety of different tasks in a fast paced environment
• Accuracy and attention to detail
