    As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding service to all internal and external customers and act as first point for all outbound customer service functions. The role is responsible for, but not limited to all credit and outbound functions including non-billed kit returns, kit callbacks / returns, PO collection, problem invoices, error reporting, PMO admin, VOC follow ups and processing all SSP credits.

    As the Outbound and Credits Customer Service Representative, your role will involve:
    • Assist customers enquiries and accurately process all order types
    • Manage customer survey data, error correspondence, PMO site, outbound and credit requests in a timely and efficient manner
    • Manage outbound follows ups including PO follow ups, missing instruments, proactive resupplies and kit collections
    • Manage invoicing and reporting
    • Liaise with territory managers, sales team, clinical nurse consultants, other customer service representatives and warehouse staff to ensure the credits & outbound customer service expectations are met
    • Operate and contribute in an environment that encourages innovation and participate in activities relating to LEAN and 6S
    • Maintain PMO site to ensure data is relevant
    • Local responsibilities may include but not be limited to: working on local non-billed and open order reports, stationary orders, participating in local operations meetings

As the successful candidate, you will either have:

  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Knowledge of customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Advanced communication skills to work with a diverse range of internal and external customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a high technology environment (particularly JDE, Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understanding of administrative and clerical processes including a knowledge of invoicing and order processing
  • Ability to learn new products and systems
  • Capable of working in structure with remote management
