This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in our Mount Waverley Head Office on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be working on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours) by working Monday - FridayReporting to the National Customer Contact Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:Being the central point of contact for Metricon customer queries which are generated via incoming phone calls and online channels;Provide an effective and professional level of customer support, while identifying and escalating priority issues when specialised attention is required;Develop and build outstanding rapport with current or potential Metricon customer's;Provide transfers to connect Metricon callers with the appropriate staff members and departments;Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with customers;Accurately manage a high quality of data entry to maximise effectiveness of the CRM system and ensuring compliance; andPerform ad-hoc administrative and outbound calling duties when and if required.Metricon will offer you:A competitive salary and salary package opportunities;Genuine career advancement opportunities;Generous housing discounts on our award winning homes; andA supportive workplace culture where great work is recognised and rewarded.The successful candidate will have:Ability to actively listen, objection handle, have a high attention to detail and proactive approach to all interactions and responsibilities internally and externally;Implement a professional and passionate approach, providing the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction to Metricon customers;Previous experience within a phone based role preferred;Extensive experience in customer support within a fast paced environment;Capacity to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines;An understanding of sales processes would be considered an advantage;Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems; Experience within the building and construction industry is highly regarded.Check out our Metricon Careers Facebook page for more opportunities & insights
