The opportunity?

We are looking for outstanding part time Customer Service Representatives to support our sales function. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your passion for customers, enthusiasm and ability to work within a dynamic environment will see you deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.

You will also be responsible for:

• Providing service excellence for our external and internal customers by providing a professional level of service to all Toll customers.
• Managing and responding to a high volume of customer enquiries via inbound calls and email
• Adhere to our policies and procedures
• Low level Account Management
• Supporting administrative tasks

The ideal candidate?

Previous call centre experience is favourable as well as an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are solutions focused, highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively, as well as having strong negotiation skills to manage challenging situations.

You are an active listener with high attention to detail and ability to work independently. You are an effective decision maker, a solid communicator and more importantly a team player who enjoys working in a supportive team.
