Artia are specialists in the supply of cabinet hardware systems to the domestic and commercial cabinet making, architectural, joinery and shop fitting industries.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time inbound customer service individual to join our call centre in Thomastown. This is not your typical call centre role, we are a small team, we have low call volume, no rotating rosters, however we do have high expectations about the level of service we provide to our valued customers.

You will be part of a friendly team and supported by a Manager who will provide you with ongoing training.

A typical day looks a bit like this:

• Answering incoming calls
• Placing orders
• Following up orders
• Providing customers with quotes
• Providing product information to customers

About You

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a call centre along with very strong customer service skills.

To succeed in this role, you will have a genuine passion for customers as well as the following:

• You are capable of multi tasking
• You can work well under pressure
• You are a quick learner
• You are computer savvy
• You have a pleasant phone manner
• You love resolving customer issues
• You are available to work Monday-Friday, 11am-3pm
