About us:
Rapid Pak has become a sophisticated, but also a practical contract packing business, working closely with some of Australia’s leading companies.
We require a highly organised and driven Customer Service person, to join our friendly team.
About the opportunity:
This fantastic opportunity is located in South Eastern suburbs, providing packing services to its corporate clients in the Australian national supply chain.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Prepare daily and weekly production plan based on clients' weekly schedule or monthly forecasts
- Process, reconcile and monitor customer orders and logistics via SAP and other computer systems
- Communicate and update clients on their order progress, enquiries and issues on a daily bases
- Respond to and liaise with external and internal enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
- Perform general administration tasks
- Support other departments
Skills required to excel in this role:
- Recent graduates welcome to apply
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills coupled with experience requiring accurate data entry
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred but not essential
- Quick learner
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously and within a small team environment
