We require a highly organised and driven Customer Service person, to join our friendly team.

About the opportunity:

This fantastic opportunity is located in South Eastern suburbs, providing packing services to its corporate clients in the Australian national supply chain.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Prepare daily and weekly production plan based on clients' weekly schedule or monthly forecasts
• Process, reconcile and monitor customer orders and logistics via SAP and other computer systems
• Communicate and update clients on their order progress, enquiries and issues on a daily bases
• Respond to and liaise with external and internal enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
• Perform general administration tasks
• Support other departments

Skills required to excel in this role:

• Recent graduates welcome to apply
• High attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent IT skills coupled with experience requiring accurate data entry
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred but not essential
• Quick learner
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Ability to work autonomously and within a small team environment
