A busy and challenging opportunity awaits you in this customer driven collections credit role, with a true focus on promoting customer satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced, professional yet, down to earth and pro-active Customer Service Officer to join this fast paced, finance team that offers a supportive environment where you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Warm follow up calls to your allocated portfolio of clients
- Customer record maintenance
- Invoicing and contract management
- Internal and external relationship management
- End to end management of your own portfolio
- Allocation of cash
- Follow up any queries
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven experience in outbound Collections within a high volume, dynamic environment.
