We are currently looking for a vibrant and keen Call Desk Operator to commence within our head office in Port Melbourne.

Job Description:

This role covers a wide range of duties working with both internal technicians/supervisors and with various external clients. You will be working in a fast paced environment, and will be required to;

  • Action inbound calls/emails/requests from internal staff and external clients
  • Make outbound calls to external clients
  • Provide technical support to Technicians and External Contractors
  • Monitor the Call Management System to ensure timely completion of work
  • Reporting and Ad Hoc Administration Duties

Essential Criteria:

  • Must be available to work a Rotating Roster that incorporates regular weekend hours
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to react quickly and prioritise to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
