Our Local Government client is currently seeking a bright and engaging Inbound Customer Service Officer to join a sociable and friendly team in South Morang
Your new role
You will be working in a high volume environment, which will see you on the front line for all customer requests regarding a broad spectrum of topics. Your role will be to provide accurate information on policies , procedures and legislation. You will be responding correctly and professionally to incoming enquiries from both businesses and the general public.
What you'll need to succeed
- Local government experience is mandatory
- 3+ years working in a contact centre environment is mandatory
- experience working in a receptionist role or administrative role is highly regarded
- You will have exceptional written and verbal communication
- You must be an Australian citizen or PR to be considered
