Responsibilities:
Overall, your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships to a loyal customer base.
- Answering the BUSY phones and inbound email enquiries
- Providing accurate and detailed information on products, availabilities, pricing and deliveries
- Maximising sales opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with your customers
- Proactively following up with customers on order status/delays/promotions
- Identifying Sales leads and escalating to team
- Liaising with the Customer Service and Warehouse team to ensure orders are getting dispatched on time
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be down to earth, and hold a professional yet friendly manner over the phone. You are willing to learn,can retain product knowledge and love problem solving. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar fast-paced position is required, and a background in wholesale or manufacturing with be highly regarded.
