Position summary

To be responsible for the processing of sales order to invoice stage. Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and the Warehouse on issues relating to Sales Orders and Deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Act as customer liaison person on Sales issues.
  • Prompt and accurate processing of sales orders to invoice stage.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team and the Warehouse on product availability information, pricing issues and queries relating to sales orders and promotions
  • Process Credit Notes and organise pick up of approved product returns.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by management.
