North Melbourne based coffee equipment sales and service business requires a professional and reliable customer service officer to join our team.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to perform under pressure and troubleshoot customer enquiries
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • Have a basic technical/mechanical understanding
  • Experience in a similar role (favourable but not essential)

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling customer enquiries/complaints
  • Scheduling local and interstate service works
  • Data entry and database management
  • Assisting with invoicing as required
  • Assisting with selling parts, equipment and upselling accessories
