North Melbourne based coffee equipment sales and service business requires a professional and reliable customer service officer to join our team.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to perform under pressure and troubleshoot customer enquiries
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Have a basic technical/mechanical understanding
- Experience in a similar role (favourable but not essential)
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling customer enquiries/complaints
- Scheduling local and interstate service works
- Data entry and database management
- Assisting with invoicing as required
- Assisting with selling parts, equipment and upselling accessories
