Local Government, Contact centre role, must be flexible to work 5 day fortnight, multiple locations
Your new company
Our client, within the public sector division is currently seeking bright and engaging Inbound Contact centre Officers to join a sociable and friendly team in their Broadmeadows, Craigieburn and Sunbury offices.
Your new role
- Phone based role which will see you on the front line for all customer enquiries
- You will be providing accurate information and updates, answering queries, managing complaints and processing documents
- You will be responding correctly and professionally to incoming enquiries to the department from both businesses and the general public.
What you'll need to succeed
- You MUST have contact centre experience to be considered
- You will have exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, be a confident multi-tasker and have a committed approach to customer satisfaction.
- Strong IT skills are a must as you will need to manoeuvre your way around multiple screens.
