We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Officer at our Bayswater branch. The role is full time and permanent, working within a close knit team environment.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Typing, data entry & other admin tasks
  • Taking telephone orders and general enquiries
  • Liaising with truck drivers
  • Customer service
  • Invoicing and banking
  • Accounts receivable
  • General office duties

Candidates must possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong telephone based customer service skills
  • The ability to multi task & prioritise
  • Excellent administration skills & experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • A can-do attitude
