Our client, a global manufacturer and market leader is looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Representative within their Tullamarine office. With a strong history of quality products and outstanding customer service, this company enjoys a market leading position through significant investment in research & product development.

The Position

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • End to end management of orders, from receipt, data entry, invoicing and document management
  • Coordinating sales orders with the inventory and dispatch teams to ensure orders are delivered according to customers' requirements
  • Working closely with customers and proactively updating on delivery schedules
  • Documentation management including updating customer pricing details
  • Investigating and processing credit requests
  • Data entry

The Candidate

To be considered for the role, you will demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Proven Customer Service experience in a manufacturing or product related industry
  • Strong problem solving and decision making ability
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including an excellent telephone manner

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional Customer Service Officer looking for a challenging and rewarding customer service role. This is a temporary role with hours 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
