Reporting to the Trade Sales Manager and based at Port Melbourne, in this role you will be responsible in providing exceptional customer service through the daily operations of the Service Centre in accordance with the Company’s strategic plans, operating budgets, procedures and policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service via counter and phone sales;
• Manage customer feedback and report to Trade Store Manager as required;
• Provide appropriate information to Management regarding store and region activities;
• Assist in maintenance of inventory levels to satisfy customer requirements and market demand;
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed with the Management System Guidelines;
• Participate in all sales and promotional activities;
• Report and manage all HSE incidents/unsafe behavior’s within specified time frames;
• Ensure compliance of all employees, contractors and visitors to all safety procedures;
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all employees, contractors and visitors.

Skills/experience:

• Experience in a busy sales service, distribution and /or call centre environment;
• Outstanding Customer focus;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Quality orientation;
• Good computer skills;
• Desire and ability to learn new skills.
