Job Prospects provided services to more than 47,700 people of all ages last year.

The role of a Customer Service Officer involves being the direct contact and communicating with all Job Prospects' key stakeholders either by phone or face-to-face. The ability to work well with both internal and external customers is essential, along with providing a broad range of administrative services to support the site.

This position is located at our Ringwood site.

Duties of the successful applicant include:

• Providing first line contact to all individuals phoning or visiting the site.
• Providing general administrative support to the site.
• Assisting with the provision of jobseeker requirements.
• Assisting with recording the results of jobseeker engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a front line administrative role is essential.
• Experience in a successful results driven team is desirable.
• Experience in a customer contact role is desirable.
