This Customer Service role is based in Frankston/Dromana. The ideal candidate will commence immediately and will have previous face-to-face Customer Service experience. Working in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous.

Description

As a Customer Service Officer, you will respond to and resolve a wide range of customer service enquiries.

You will be working directly with the public, answering in-person queries and in-bound telephone queries.

A main part of your role as a Customer Service Officer will be to sign up customers to the website so that they can perform basic tasks and update their details online.

Your goal will be to provide the Customer with a positive and efficient experience.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous, high-level customer service experience
  • An ability to think on your feet to solve customer queries

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts
