An opportunity has now arisen for a vibrant customer service professional to support to the IELTS Direct Testing Unit (DTU) and IELTS Test candidates, primarily for our operations in Melbourne. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing suitable solutions to candidates based in Melbourne, including offsite venues.
  • Maintaining appropriate records for all aspects of test administration.
  • Assisting in the management of the candidate Enquiry on Results (EOR) process for DTU based candidates.
  • Coordinate the escalation process from receipt of request to advice of outcome to candidate in accordance with IELTS procedures and agreed timeframes.
  • Provide support to DTU operations including processing payment vouchers, drafting correspondence, preparing/ binding documents and organising/ despatching materials.
  • Provide other administrative assistance as required to the DTU Support and Regional Support Teams.
  • Undertake any other lawful duties as directed by management.
  • Demonstrate commitment to IDP’s values and quality and compliance standards in everyday workplace operations.
  • Give honest and constructive feedback in dealings with colleagues and external stakeholders.providing
  • Comply fully with requirements established in the IELTS Policies & Procedures and associated manuals
