Your new company is an expanding blinds company looking to achieve its vision of creating new and exceptional levels of customer experiences for all customers and revolutionise Australia’s service industry.

Your new role will be to contribute to our growing business by leading, motivating and inspiring your customer service team to provide a seamless and exceptional customer service experience to new and existing customers.

Your new role will consist of:

  • Lead, coach and mentor a small team, whilst also being very hands on
  • Providing high quality and exceptional Customer Service
  • Personally manage key customer relationships and support team in dealing with customer issues responding to general and escalated queries from customers, clients and team members in a proactive manner
  • Continuously train, coach and support all employees to achieve quality, productivity and KPI targets whilst driving team engagement and morale
  • Lead by example in areas of professionalism, punctuality, conduct and leadership
  • Identify areas of potential efficiency improvements and bring issue management learnings and insights to the business
  • Be solely accountable for your team’s engagement and development, including facilitating of timely performance reviews to support success

Your profile will demonstrate and you will possess:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written & verbal communication and time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a primary focus on excel
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with firm timelines and targets, with a proven ability to coach, lead and mentor a team within a faced paced and changing environment
  • A customer-centric and business-oriented mindset
  • Similar customer service and supervisor experience with a stable working history
