They are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead an experienced cleaning team and manage some important contracts. Ensuring high quality service and long term relationships is key. The Role

This role will ultimately be responsible for the management of all aspects of the contracts. This means monitoring contract performance against agreed KPI's; building mutually beneficial,long term client relationships; providing strong leadership and direction to Supervisors and teams and driving a culture of safety and customer care.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting a team of excellent cleaners (we want our teams to feel positive and proud)
  • Liaising with the customer on a daily basis & responding to their needs
  • Building processes that support the on-site supervisors.
  • Manage quality standards and OHS

The Successful candidates will need to have:

Experience in leading a team of people in some capacity.

  • Previous supervisor experience in the cleaning industry
  • Experience in the Cleaning Industry and/or property maintenance (A background in facility cleaning – sporting facilities, hospitals, education, industrial, council will be advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills; both written & verbal.
  • Be self-motivated, a team player
  • Current,valid Australian driver's licence
  • Knowledge of Melbourne
  • Knowledge of infection control and prevention of cross contamination
  • Good negotiator, good listener, good levels of self-motivation
  • Experience in roster preparation and budget management
  • A good planner, and project management skills
  • Experience dealing with Contractors
