Large Government Organisation based in South-East suburbs is seeking an experienced Face-to-Face Customer Service Officer to join their busy team.

Description

As a Customer Service Officer, you will respond to and resolve a wide range of customer service enquiries.

Working in a fast paced and busy environment, you will be involved in cash handling and processing payments over the telephone.

Your goal will be to provide the Customer with a positive and efficient experience.

Profile

To be successful in this position you will need:

• Motivation to work in Customer Services and a genuine interest in resolving customers enquiries
• Have a full valid driver's licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Flexibility to work across several offices within reasonable travel distances
• Flexibility around hours and assignment requirements (available to work between 20 & 38 hours)
• Professional, enthusiastic and courteous demeanour and excellent attendance and punctuality
• Intermediate Computer skills

• Ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, procedure and system information in a fast paced and high transaction environment.
• Ability to perform drive tests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
