An immediate opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a rapidly expanding and reputable healthcare industry provider. This growing, reputable Healthcare industry provider is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Mulgrave.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be required to process customer orders, credits, provide information on products (eg: Availability, pricing), whilst establishing key relationships.

Key skills and attribute required for success in this challenging role include:

  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving
  • Well developed interpersonal and communciation skills
  • Good numerical capability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the dental industry and customer service based position
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster 7am - 7pm
