National Transport Company located in Balwyn is looking for a Customer Service/ Internal Sales Officer to liaise and communicate with our customers and suppliers. The role can be fast paced at times and would require someone that can multitask and work with a sense of urgency.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. Intermediate computer competencies are necessary and transport industry experience is an advantage. The right candidate will need to be comfortable with numbers.

Tasks include:

- Processing customer bookings

- Keeping accurate records of customer transactions

- Creating quotes

- General customer service duties e.g. following up on pickups and deliveries and tracking shipments
