Our client based in Mount Waverley is currently seeking experienced casual Call Centre staff for their high volume inbound Call Centre.

Our client is seeking full flexibility from 7am to 9pm Monday to Sunday.

Ideally you will come from a service background where you have provided high level customer service in an efficient manner. Experience with first call resolution is a must.

You will be required to handle complex queries at times therefore the ability to pick up new systems, processes and procedures is vital.

The purpose of this role is to coordinate all inbound enquiries for the Melbourne Metro Service Centres and any overflow enquiries from Service Centres. Primarily the role will deliver a high level of customer service giving employees, clients and their families a prompt, positive, respectful and well informed experience.

Proven work ethic and reliability plus stable working background is mandatory to be considered for this role.

You must also pass a background check therefore you must current background up to 10 years in Australia or the ability to provide an overseas police check which is current.

Full training will be provided.
