The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Providing day to day Customer Service to their portfolio of customers
• Supporting the Senior Key Account Managers with quotes and rate sourcing
• Being a channel between Key Account Managers and Operations
• Source, research and relay accurate information for managers
• Build sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communication
• Setting up of system auto rating and maintenance of rate cards
• Partaking in client and sales visits

Ideally they are after like-minded individuals with the following attributes and experience:

• Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience in Freight Forwarding (required)
• Strong communication skills
• Sales Support experience in Freight Forwarding
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Positive, outgoing and professional attitude
• A stable working history
• Loves to engage with customers and colleagues
