About Us

We are a second generation family business caring for domestic pets throughout Victoria since 2010. We are a professional and down to earth business who cares about pets and their owners.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a mature-minded, motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to assist in co-ordinating our caring and compassionate service to the public and Veterinary Clinics throughout Victoria.

Key Duties

  • Daily Coordination including scheduling and entering customer orders and payments
  • Assisting with customer enquiries over the phone and in person
  • Dealing with emotional people and deceased pets

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • An excellent phone manner
  • At least 5 years proven office experience and strong administrative skills
  • Excellent computer and technology skills
  • A good understanding of the location of Melbourne suburbs and regional towns
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, trustworthy and take pride in your work
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • Well presented, proactive and be able to work autonomously
  • You must have your own transport and driver's licence
