We are a second generation family business caring for domestic pets throughout Victoria since 2010. We are a professional and down to earth business who cares about pets and their owners.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a mature-minded, motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to assist in co-ordinating our caring and compassionate service to the public and Veterinary Clinics throughout Victoria.
Key Duties
- Daily Coordination including scheduling and entering customer orders and payments
- Assisting with customer enquiries over the phone and in person
- Dealing with emotional people and deceased pets
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- An excellent phone manner
- At least 5 years proven office experience and strong administrative skills
- Excellent computer and technology skills
- A good understanding of the location of Melbourne suburbs and regional towns
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy and take pride in your work
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Well presented, proactive and be able to work autonomously
- You must have your own transport and driver's licence
