Our Trucks Service team are looking for a customer focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of Customer Service Coordinator within our branch at Laverton.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, in this pivotal position you will be coordinating equipment services and repairs for our customers.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Owning the customer contact for all jobs from start to finish, to achieve customer satisfaction and return for the company
• Providing quotation/estimates for repairs when required
• Booking and scheduling all work as well as managing and invoicing work in progress

ABOUT YOU

This challenging front line position would suit someone with a mechanical trade background looking to take the next step in their career. Candidates with a good understanding of Cat machine systems and those who have previously worked for a Caterpillar dealer will be highly regarded.

• Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external customer relationships
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
• Operational experience within the earth-moving industry
