Our 6-star energy efficient factory located in Keysborough, is the largest manufacturing site for the swimming pool and spa industry equipment outside of the United States.

We are seeking an individual experienced within Customer Service to join our dynamic Contact Centre team in Keysborough on a full-time basis. The position will suit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual willing to work in a team environment. Previous experience in a Contact Centre role would be highly regarded.

Candidate Profile
You are a passionate individual with a 'can-do' attitude accompanied by a desire to work in a team environment. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced role along with familiarity working within a Contact Centre. You will have good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail is one of your strengths. Computer literacy and previous experience in a Contact Centre is essential.
