About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service in managing inbound calls regarding members’ health insurance policies.
You will need to have:
- Extensive customer service experience within a contact centre, retail or hospitality environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to provide empathy and compassion when dealing with members' health concerns
- Experience in a structured team environment with the ability to be self-managed
- A strong work ethic and proactive attitude with a results focus
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills
