Our customer provides comprehensive relocation solutions for consumers, corporations and their employees in more than 150 countries around the world.
Located in Melbourne, this role provides the opportunity to join an international organisation's global mobility team that ensures the successful relocation of their people, be it within or out of Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
To be part of a team that operates as the conduit/connector between our customer, an International Relocation Provider's multiple service departments and their Tier One Global Corporate customers to:-
- Ensure the introduction of applicable services to each relocatee
- Facilitate the invoicing process, based on services utilised
- Facilitate all necessary travel bookings
- Record and monitor various aspects of the service agreements
- Provide assistance to each customer to connect them to all their entitled international functions
What you will bring to this role:
- Extensive customer service experience together with a passion for providing service excellence
- Strong problem solving skills
- the ability to work well independently as well as being part of a tightly knit team
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
- A high attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience working to often tight timeframes
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
