The Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Handling telephone enquiries from members, employers and authorised third parties
- Providing accurate and timely information in accordance with service standards
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service that ensures a ‘members first’ experience whenever a member calls with a question or enquiry
To be successful you will have:
- Extensive experience handling high work volumes, preferably gained within a complex call centre, customer facing or similar environment.
- An exceptional customer service focus
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, and the determination to follow-up matters to find a solution
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and to specified performance standards
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy, including online information systems
Rotating roster Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm. No weekend work!
