Customer Service Assistant

• Monday to Friday, 6:30-2:30 perfect for the early risers
• We need a go-getter for this fast paced role on the road
• Equipped with a full function van, stocked up with freshly made food and cold

Requirements:

• MUST be 25 years old or over for insurance purposes
• MUST hold a full drivers licence
• This role requires you to get in and out of a van regularly so you’ll need to be agile and healthy
• Undergo a medical check and a drug test if successful in this position
• Need to have exceptional customer service skills and adapt to a diverse range of customers so experience in retail/hospitality is preferred
• Basic maths skills as cash handling and EFTPOS is involved in this position

Responsibilities:

• Driving a van that services approx. 40 destinations a day that provides freshly made food, including cold drinks and hot food.
• Cash Handling and EFTPOS
• Daily account reconciliation and stock count at the end of each day
• Face to face customer service to a diverse range of customers
• Merchandising to keep your Van looking full
