Our Customer Service & Sales Representative deliver an exceptional customer service experience by organising hassle-free electricity and gas connections for our customers, as well as maximising opportunities to cross sell phone, internet, Pay TV, insurance and other services. Our goal is to make moving easy for our customers!

About you

You're a customer service CHAMPION! It can be a stressful time moving house, so our Customer Service & Sales Team is here to make it a great experience for our customers. In addition, you offer:

• A positive personality with a 'can-do' attitude!
• Someone who thrives on making the customer experience their number one priority
• A genuine care for customers, together with a strong work ethic and a passion to be part of a company that values its People
• Available to work a flexible rotating roster between Monday and Friday 8am to 8pm, including an occasional Saturday shift
• A willingness and ability to learn – complex systems, products and processes

These are FULL TIME PERMANENT opportunities, working on a rotating roster between Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, including an occasional Saturday shift.
