About the Role
PTV is a centre of excellence in the provision of customer service in the form of information on public transport services, fares, tickets and transport initiatives including large infrastructure projects, transport upgrades and improvements.

As a Customer Service Agent your role will be to provide a "one stop shop" for public transport customers by providing consistent, timely and accurate statewide public transport information and support.

Here is what you need to know...

  • Multiple full time and casual roles commencing Monday 15th October
  • Hours rostered Monday to Sunday between 6am to Midnight (rotational roster)
  • 4 weeks full time systems and product training
  • CBD Location - close to public transport (Flagstaff Station and trams)
  • Multiple career development and support

You MUST have:

  • FULL AVAILABILITY to work Monday - Sunday between 6am & Midnight (on a rotating roster)
  • Availability for four weeks of Full Time Training
  • Permanent residency or Australian citizenship

  • Must be available to work public holidays
  • Please note a full Background Check (Police and Bankruptcy) will be completed for all successful applicants
