PTV is a centre of excellence in the provision of customer service in the form of information on public transport services, fares, tickets and transport initiatives including large infrastructure projects, transport upgrades and improvements.
As a Customer Service Agent your role will be to provide a "one stop shop" for public transport customers by providing consistent, timely and accurate state wide public transport information and support.
Here is what you need to know...
Multiple full time and part time positions available
Full time 38 hours | Part time 25 - 35 hours
Hours rostered Monday to Sunday between 6am to Midnight (rotational roster)
Roles Commencing on 18th June
2 weeks full time systems and product training
CBD Location - close to public transport (Flagstaff Station and trams)
