FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE IN MELBOURNES EAST FINANCIAL SERVICES

Your new company

Our client has a global presence in corporate payment processing solutions and payment systems across continents, and industries - including fleet, travel and health. They are a business to business client with a array of customers. Located in Melbourne Eastern suburbs, our client are seeking passionate customer service professionals to join their team.

Your new role
Your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers - remain solutions focused and resolve these queries accordingly.
  • Manage the customer service experience end to end by utilising the resources provided in order to achieve outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive team environment but adhering to individual targets, and supporting the wider team
  • As a customer service advisor it is expected that support the day to day activities of the support delivery team leader and senior service delivery manager.
  • This role requires that you are available from the hours of 8am - 6pm (8am - 9pm during peak hours Dec/Jan)


What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role it is required that you possess:

  • VCE certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum one year customer service experience or administrative experience
  • Sufficient in Microsoft office
  • Have awareness of Help Desk and Contact Management system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team
  • Must have full working rights in order to apply.



It is also highly advantageous that:

  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Are self motivated
  • Have a "can do" attitude
