Toll People is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a family owned business based at Richmond.

You will be joining an existing team that provides support to the overall business and will be the first point of call in delivering exceptional customer service to customers and clients.

You will be responsible for

• Maintaining relationships with existing customers

• Internal sales

• Providing quotes and tracking customer orders

• Processing customer orders

• Customer enquiries (phone and email)

• Proving administrative support to sales and marketing team

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable

• General reception duties as required

To be successful in this role you will have

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft suite; Excel, Word

• Desirable experience in Sybiz

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Effective time management and organisational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
