• To deliver a high level of customer service to external and internal customers.
• To ensure processing-related activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner
• Receiving incoming calls and process orders through the system
  

What you'll need to succeed

• high attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• contact centre experience is essential
• desired industry experience: logistics, agricultural/farming background, processing and administration
• Computer literacy - high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• you must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen to qualify
