- Receiving incoming calls and process orders through the system
What you'll need to succeed
- high attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- contact centre experience is essential
- desired industry experience: logistics, agricultural/farming background, processing and administration
- Computer literacy - high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- you must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen to qualify
