Our client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Care Consultant to join their existing Customer Service Team.

This role will see you join their existing team in a support capacity, working in a customer service driven environment; this role offers 9.00 and 5.00pm hours Monday to Friday paying $26.62 per hours plus super for a 5 month assignment.

To be successful for the role you will need to have the follow skills and attributes:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Proven Customer Service experience
• The ability to demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with external and internal stakeholders as well the ability to handle confidential and/or proprietary information.
• You must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and have a positive attitude.
• Solid computer knowledge and digital capabilities along with the ability to pick up packages and programs quickly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy along with excellent interpersonal & communication skills and a strong team orientation
• The ability to identify and solve problems and to multi-task under deadline.
• Excellent proficiency in personal computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Investigate customer orders, shipment of orders, delivery time.
• Provide required documentation related to each particular order to meet shipping schedules
• Assist in filing of orders and invoices (where applicable)
• Answer email inquiries from general email address as well as individual emails
• Provide assistance to the Sales Team and Field Application Specialists as required
