Seeking an Elite Corporate Receptionist for an exciting opportunity

This highly regarded, Property services firm is seeking an immaculately presented and extremely organised corporate receptionist to welcome their valued clientele and manage their busy front desk operations. Offering a diverse and lively work environment, this firm assures you that each day you will leave the office with a sense of accomplishment.

Due to an internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has become available for an exceptional receptionist to join this great company. As the initial point of contact, you will leave a lasting impression on clients and must have confidence meeting and greeting, managing a switchboard and building relationships with internal stakeholders. In addition to welcoming all clients, you will be with required to assist with a variety of administrative duties including: assisting with development applications, managing petty cash, minute taking, updating and processing files, monitoring email and the incoming/ outgoing mail, assisting team members with work overflow.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a reception and administrative role, possess strong communication abilities, have strong attention to detail and be superior with your organisational talents. Ideally you will have worked in the Property industry and have exception IT skills.
