Your new company
Is a small - medium commercial cleaning company that is experiencing a growth phase currently. Based in Northern Melbourne, this organisation has a reputable brand in the industry and has long-standing contracts which is a testament to their focus on service delivery and integrity.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting walk-through's for new contracts
• Estimating hours and formulating pricing for clients
• Providing costs for labour, materials, machines and chemicals
• Sourcing new business - an aspect of business development is required
• Developing strong relationships with existing and future clients
• Negotiating and closing deals and contracts
• Identifying new tender opportunities and new business
• Assisting tender team with pricing and formulating tender responses
• Providing comprehensive handover to operations teams to service new contracts
• Attending monthly operational meetings

You will be a key member of the senior management and executive team within this progressive organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in estimating medium to large contracts within Melbourne CBD
• Candidates with experience and success estimating high rise buildings will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated history of sourcing and winning new contracts within the industry in Melbourne and developing cleaning business
• Driven and results-oriented with impeccable work ethic
• The successful candidate will need to demonstrate transparency, honesty and integrity - this is very important to this employer!
• Customer service focused with an interest in developing strong working relationships
• 'Go-getter' who is target driven and self-motivated
