Collections Officer

The Opportunity

An experienced Collections Officer is sought to provide excellent receivables support to our customers and effective management of our customer related databases.

You take great pride in effectively and professionally providing customers and management with high level support including:

· Entering receipts into the accounting system and allocating into correct account

· Collecting outstanding customer accounts in accordance with policy

· Maintaining accurate and up to date customer balances by processing payments and verifying invoices and other documents issued

· Maintaining CRM system to accurately reflect customer contact and billing details

· Providing accurate information to customers and stakeholders as required

You

You are respected for your strong team approach and ability to effectively manage your work. With strong accounts receivable experience you easily demonstrate possession of:

· outstanding communication and customer skills

· top PC skills – Great Plains 2010, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and ConnectWise experience desirable

· the ability to prioritise and undertake tasks accurately (high attention to detail) and in timely manner

· a proactive, can-do approach
