This business is known for delivering quality cleaning services. They are looking for experienced Team Leader/Cleaning Supervisors to work in Oakleigh, Dandenong or Mordialloc areas.

The Role

The Supervisor will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks and, together with their team, deliver a high quality standard of work. This includes managing the site's (a schools and /or offices) cleaning operations and ensuring works are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Duties will include:

• Supporting a team of excellent cleaners (we want our teams to feel positive and proud) while working in a hands-on role.
• Liaising with the customer on a daily basis & responding to ad-hoc requests
• Manage quality standards and OHS
• Ensuring a detailed clean of public areas including offices, facilities & washrooms
• On site briefings with the team
• Training and supporting the team
• Collection, segregation and disposal of waste
• Spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping and soft furnishings.

The Successful candidates will need to have:

• Experience in leading a team of people in some capacity.
• Previous supervisor experience in the cleaning industry
• Previous experience operating cleaning machinery and a good knowledge of chemical usage.
• Excellent communication skills; both written & verbal.
• Have a commitment to long-term employment
• Be self-motivated, a team player
• Current,valid Australian driver's licence
